Return shipping costs

If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

For regular returns (size change, preference, etc.), return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm otherwise during the return approval.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Exchanges
If you want a different size or item, contact us first. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If stock is limited, we may recommend a return and re-order.
